Private Swimming Pool: Anybody booking the villa has sole use of the swimming pool during their stay. The key holder lives next door so is available for any help or advice if needed.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed and fully fitted wardrobes and TV. Bedroom 2 with two single beds and fully fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 with two single beds.

Bathrooms: Large bathroom with bath/shower, sink and WC.

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen including, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, grill, extractor fan, microwave, toaster and cooking utensils.

Utility Room: Utility room including washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Living Rooms: Open plan living room with leather suites, log burning fireplace, TV with English Sky TV including BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4 and 5 plus more channels.

Dining Area: Dining area for seating 6 people, there is also a large shaded seating area outside under the pergola with large table and seating for up to 8 people.

Office: There is a small office with wireless internet broadband connection for clients who wish to bring their laptops.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Clean bed linen and towels are provided on reception.

Notes on accommodation: The TV is English channels only including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and 5, plus more Sky channels. Full size table tennis table is also available. The key holder lives next door for any help if needed, but works full time during the day so you have the place to yourself. Please note that all guests should have full travel insurance covering accident, theft, injury and illness. We accept no responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged during your stay at the villa.
